The presidential commission formed to investigate deaths and disappearances is seeking public help in identifying a man related to Rilwan’s disappearance. 

The video shows a man who is waiting in the motorcycle que at the Hulhumale’ ferry terminal. The video is from the night Rilwan was abducted. 

The man was on a red colored cycle and wearing a white shirt and a jean. The man then drives away as the gate for the ferry opens.
