The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Abdulla Shahid has sent a message of felicitations to the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, Pradeep Kumar Gyawali, on the joyous occasion of the Constitution day of Nepal.

Minister’s message reads as follows:

“It gives me immense pleasure to convey warm felicitations and sincere good wishes of the Government and the People of Maldives, and those of my own, to Your Excellency, the Government and the People of Nepal on the joyous occasion of the Constitution Day of Nepal.

It was a great pleasure to meet you on the sidelines of the Indian Ocean Conference here in Maldives. I am confident that the warm and friendly relations between the Maldives and Nepal have been further cemented as a result, and will continue to flourish in the future.

Please accept, Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration and my best wishes for your good health, success, and for the continued peace, progress, and prosperity for the people of Nepal.”
