The new general manager of Muhdhoo Resort, operated by Dusit International in B.Muhdhoo, assumed his new position in a ceremony held underwaters. 

A 15-member team from the management of the resort took part in the ceremony which was held in a lagoon near the resort. The former GM of the resort a ceremonial key to the new GM in the event. 

This resort was opened around 7 years ago and is a five star resort. 

The first underwater event held in the Maldives is a cabinet meeting held by the former President Nasheed in his administration.
