State Trading Organization STO has earned a profit of 95 million Rufiyaa in the third quarter of this year.

According to records published by STO, this is an increase of 25% compared to the same period in 2018. In the third quarter STO earned a revenue of 2.2 billion Rufiyaa. However in the second quarter STO earned 2.3 billion Rufiyaa. 

While STO’s profit increased in this quarter, the cumulative profit of the three quarters of this year is higher than the same period of last year by 30%. 

STO notes that their profits increased even after spending 150 million Rufiyaa to solve various issued faced by fishermen.
