Government has published the report on Dr.Afrasheem’s murder. The report was written based on the investigation conducted by the presidential commission formed to investigate deaths and disappearances. 

According to the report Dr.Afrasheem Ali’s murder was planned by Islamic extremists and was executed by gangsters. As per the report, the whole murder was planned by a local group which is affiliated with Al-Qaidha because they believe Dr.Afrasheem to be someone who has committed shirk. 

The report says that this group contracted this work to gangsters. Two people were charged in this case. However only Hussain Humaam was convicted in the case. Meanwhile Ali Shan (Sato) was not found guilty. At the moment he works for GMIZL a state-owned company. Upon releasing the report, the government has suspended him. However he has not been arrested yet.
