Maldives Police Service has found the weapon which was used to murder Qasim Hassan who was brutally murdered last week.

Commissioner of Police Mohammed Hameedh tweeted today saying that they found the murder weapon 300 meters away from Qasim’s body. In addition he said that they found finger prints and DNA from the crime scene.

Hameedh said that they are using the evidence they collected to figure out the killers. He also stated that they are reviewing CCTV footages to find the suspects.
Many people are voicing concern as the police haven’t found any suspects yet.
