The police officers who went on the bridge last night without a helmet did it to save someone’s life. 

According to the police, they went on the bridge to stop a mentally ill person from jumping off the bridge. They went on the bridge with the permission of the duty officer. 

The police stopped the person from jumping off the bridge and took that person to the hospital. 

Some people shared the video of the two police officers saying that they were without helmets and police were heavily criticized on social media.
