Home Minister Imran Abdullah have stated that the salary and service charge given to resort workers should be improved.

The minister stated this on twitter last night. He said that for Maldivians to benefit from tourism, it is important that the revenue earned through tourism is divided equally among the people and for that it is important to improve the service charge and salary given to the resort staffs. 

Praising the tourism minister, Imran said that he has seen closely how hard the minister works to develop the sector. He also said that from his experience with Ali Waheed in the political sector, he can say that Ali Waheed will always work in the best interest of the people.
