Home Minister Azleen Ahmed have called out not to protest even if there are problems related to the governance system.
Speaking at a rally held at Rumaalu2 Campaign center of PPM, the minister said that if there are grievances everyone is welcome to talk with government and in the past government has changed many policies based on public feedback .
Azleen said that the president listens to the people. “We left the Common Wealth Did anything happen to us?” questioned the minister.
In addition the minister indicated that former VP Adeeb will not be sent abroad for medical treatment.
He said that that the government will be very cautious and said that other countries do not send inmates abroad for “medical treatment” .
Furthermore he said that MDP does not have a candidate and said that the constitution does not allow a coalition candidate. In addition he also said that the government will implement death penalty.
