Airasia has decided to conduct 4 additional flights per week to Maldives to meet the increasing demand.
Officials from the airline stated that they will start operating additional flights starting from 6th February and they will use A330 and A300 series flights.
Even now AirAsia has many cheap fares from KL to Male’. According to AirAsia the demand has increased by 130 percent. Which means that the bookings are 30% more than the available seat capacity in planes.
Officials state that introduction of the A300-330 series will solve this problem as well.
