Deputy Leader of JP Abdullah Riyaz have called to increase the salary of civil servants starting from this month.

He said that since it is included in the budget there is no reason further discussions should be held regarding the matter. Many civil servants are expecting their salaries to be increased as soon as possible.

Meanwhile the Civil Service Commission stated that they are discussing on how to do it.
