STO conducts a ceremony to mark the maiden voyage of MT Alimas, the new oil tanker of Maldives. The oil tanker has a capacity of 25000 metric tons.

Speaking at the ceremony, the MD of STO Ahmed Shaheer said that STO continues to provide basic services to the people.

In addition he said that the technical operations of the boat will be managed by STO and Alimas and Alihuras of STO will allow STO to conduct their fuel operations without depending on another party.
