Saudi trip successful: Dr.Shainee

Fisheries Minister Dr. Muhammad Shainee have said that his trip to Saudi Arabia as an envoy of President Yameen was very successful.
Dr.Shainee tweeted saying that he is back in the Maldives and said that “you will see” referring to his success in Saudi Arabia. Dr.Shainee visits Saudi Arabia often as an envoy of the President.
Two years ago Dr.Shainee stated that the government of Saudi Arabia will give 150 million dollars to Maldives as a reserve and 4 mobile fish canning factories to Maldives. So far this has not happened.
In some PPM events, officials of the government have stated that if the president gets elected for a second term a huge project by the royal family of Saudi Arabia will begin in the Maldives.
At the moment Saudi Arabian King Salman is developing various mosques across the Maldives. These include King Salman mosque and development of an Islamic center in the capital Male’.
