Times of India reports that India is working with international partners to send a UN fact-finding mission to Maldives. According TOI India is trying to find a solution to the problems in Maldives through diplomacy.

Yesterday Indian PM Modi met with US president Donald Trump and discussed about the situation in Maldives. They have not revealed any further details of the discussions.
India asked China to take initiative to find a legal solution for the problems in Maldives.
