ޓްރަމްޕާ އިޒްރޭލުގެ ހީލަތްތެރި ރޭވުމުން ފައިދާއެއް ނުކުރާނެ: އދ

އެމެރިކާގެ ރައީސް ޓްރަމްޕާ އިޒްރޭލުން ރާވަމުން ގެންދާ ހީލަތްތެރި ރޭވުމުން އެއްވެސް ފައިދާއެއް ނުކުރާނެ ކަމަށް އދގެ ސެކެޓްރީ ޖެނެރަލް އެންޓޯނިއޯ ގުޓެރެސް ވިދާޅުވެއްޖެއެވެ.

އުރުދުންގައި ކުރިއަށް ގެންދިއަ އަރަބި ޤައުމުތަކުގެ ސަމިޓުގައި ގުޓެރެސް ވިދާޅުވީ މެދުއިރުމަތީގެ މައްސަލަތަކަށް އޮތް އެންމެ ބޮޑު ހައްލަކީ ފަލަސްޠީނަށް މިނިވަންކަންދީ މިނިވަން ޤައުމަކަށް ހެދުން ކަމަށެވެ. "ހަމަ އެކަނި ޙައްލަކީ 2 ސްޓޭޓް ޙައްލު. އެކަމަށް ދެވަނަ ހައްލެއް ނެތް."

“The two-state solution is the only path to ensure that Palestinians and Israelis can realize their national aspirations and live in peace, security and dignity. There is no Plan B,” he said, calling for an immediate halt of all unilateral actions that could undermine the two-state solution. He also emphasized the need to stop settlement activities, which are illegal under international law.

“It is also important to condemn terrorism and to avoid incitement,” Guterres said, stressing that “the Palestinians and Israelis do not need conflict management, they need conflict resolution.”

He added that conflict and displacement are widespread across the region, saying that the world’s Arab and Muslim communities face growing prejudice.

ގުޓެރެސް ވިދާޅުވީ ޢަރަބި ޤައުމުތަކަށް ކުރިމަތިވި އެންމެ ބޮޑު މައްސަލައަކީ ބައެއް ޤައުމުތަކުން ކަންކަމުގައި އެހެން ޤައުމުތަކުގެ އެހީތެރިކަން މާ ބޮޑަށް ހޯދުމުގެ މައްސަލަ ކަމަށެވެ. ބައެއް ޤައުމުތަކުން ބޭރު ޤައުމުތަކަށް ދައުވަތުދީ މާ ބޮޑަށް ދޮރު ހުޅުވައިލީ ކަމަށާއި އެދޮރުން އެމީހުން ވަދެގަނެ ފައި ހިއްޕާލީމާ ފަހުން އެޤައުމުތަކަށް މިވަނީ ސަލާމަތް ނުވެވިފައި ކަމަށެވެ.

ގުޓެރެސް ވިދާޅުވީ މިހިސާބުން ވެސް ކަންކަން ޙައްލުކުރެވޭނީ އަރަބި ގައުމުތަކުން ފުޅައު ދާއިރާއެއްގައި ޤައުމުތަކުގެ މެދުގައި މަޝްވަރާކޮށްގެން ކަމަށާއި ޚިޔާލުތަފާތުވުންތައް ދޫކޮށް އެއްބައެއްގެ ގޮތުގައި މަސައްކަތްކޮށްގެން ކަމަށެވެ.

ގުޓެރެސް ވިދާޅުވީ ގަދަބާރު ދައްކަން އުޅެގެން ޤައުމުތައް ތަރައްޤީ ނުކުރެވޭނެ ކަމަށާއި ތަޅާ ފޮޅުން ކުރިއަށްދާނަމަ އިޤްޠިޞާދީ މައްސަލަތައް ދާނީ އިތުރުވަމުން ކަމަށެވެ. ޤައުމުތަކަށް ދެމެހެއްޓެނިވި ތަރައްޤީ ގެނެވޭނީ ހަނގުރާމަތައް ހުއްޓައި ޞުލްހަވެރިކަން އިސްކޮށް ޤައުމުތައް ބިނާކުރަން މަސައްކަތްކުރުމުން ކަމަށެވެ.

"އދ އިން މަސައްކަތް ކުރަމުން މިގެންދަނީ މެދުއިރުމަތީގެ ކުރިއެރުމާ ތަރައްޤީއަށް. ނަމަވެސް އެ މަޤްޞަދު ޙާޞިލް ކުރެވޭނީ ކުރިންސުރެ އުމަގުވެފައި ހުރި ފާރުތައް ރަނގަޅުކޮށްގެން."

ގުޓެރެސް ވަނީ ގުޓެރެސް ވަނީ ކީރިތި ޤްރްއާން އާއި ކައު އިތުރު ރަސޫލާ މުޙައްމަދު (ޞޢވ)ގެ ހަދީޘްފުޅުތަކަށް ތައުރީފް ކުރައްވައިފައެވެ.

“There is nothing in present-day international refugee law that was not reflected in the Holy Qur'an or the Hadith of the Prophet (peace be upon him),” Guterres said, adding that this same spirit is highly needed at this critical juncture for the region’s diverse people.
