ކޮންމެ އަޅުކަމަކަށްވެސް އޮތީ އަވަސްވެގަތުމެވެ. ނަމަވެސް ގިނަ ބައަކު ކަންކަން ކުރަން ބޭނުންވަނީ ދުރާލައި ރާވާލައިގެންނެވެ. އެކަމުގައިވެސް ވިސްނާލަން އޮތްކަމަކީ އަޅުކަމެއް ކުރަން ފަށަން އެހާދިގު އިންތިޒާރެއް ނުކުރުމެވެ. ޢުމުރު ނުއެނގޭތީއެވެ.
އަހަރުގެ ހުރިހާ ދުވަސްތަކެއްގެ ތެރެއިން ﷲ ތަޢާލާގެ ޙަޟްރަތުގައި އެންމެ މަތިވެރިކަން ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ 10 ދުވަސް ދާދި އަވަހަށް އަހުރެމެންނާއި ބައްދަލުކުރާނެއެވެ. އެއީ ޙައްޖުމަހުގެ ފުރަތަމަ 10 ދުވަހެވެ. ވީމާ ސުންނަތްކަން ގަދަވެގެންވާ ނަމާދުތަކުގެ ތެރެއިން ޟުޙާނަމާދު ކުރަން މިހާތަނަށް ނުފެށިތިބި މީހުން ޙައްޖުމަހުގެ ފުރަތަމަ ދުވަހުން ފެށިގެން ޟުޙާނަމާދުކުރަން ޢަޒުމްކަނޑައަޅަމާތޯއެވެ؟
ޟުޙާ ނަމާދަކީ ގިނަބައަކަށް އިހްމާލްވެވިފައި އޮންނަ ނަމާދެކެވެ. މިހާރުންސުރެ ނަމަވެސް ނުވަތަ މިބުނި ގޮތަށް ނަމަވެސް ޟުޙާނަމާދުކުރަން ފެށުމަކީ ހާދަ މަތިވެރި ޢަމަލެކެވެ. ޟުޙާ ނަމާދަކީ ސުންނަތްކަން ގަދަވެގެންވާ ނަމާދެކެވެ. ކުރަން ލުއިފަސޭހަ، ވަގުތު ދެމިގެންވާ، އެހެނަސް ގިނަ ބައަކު އިހްމާލްވަމުންދާ ނަމާދެކެވެ!
އެހެނީ ޟުޙާ ނަމާދުގެ 2 ރަކްޢަތް ކުރުމަކީ ރަސޫލް ﷺ އަބޫހުރައިރަތުގެފާނަށް ކުރެއްވެވި 3 ވަޞިއްޔަތްފުޅުގެ ތެރެއިން އެއް ވަޞިއްޔަތްފުޅެވެ.
Al-Bukhari (1981) and Muslim (721) narrated from the hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: “My close friend (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) advised me to do three things: to fast three days of every month, to pray two rak‘ahs of Duha, and to pray Witr before going to sleep.”
މީގެ އިތުރުން ޟުޙާ ނަމާދުގެ 2 ރަކްޢަތްކުރުމުން އެމީހަކަށް ފުދިގެންވާކަމަށްވެސް ޙަދީޘްފުޅުގައި އެބައޮތެވެ.
Muslim (720) narrated from the hadith of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “…and two rak’ahs offered in the forenoon (Duha) will suffice for that.”
ޟުޙާ ނަމާދަކީ ކުރަން ލުއިފަސޭހަ ނަމާދެކެވެ. އެހެނީ އެންމެ 2 ރަކްޢަތްކުރިނަމަވެސް ފުދޭނެއެވެ. 4 ރަކްޢަތްވެސް ކުރެވިދާނެއެވެ. އަދި 8 ރަކްއަތްވެސް ކުރެވިދާނެއެވެ.
With regard to the maximum number of Duha prayer , there is no text that defines that, but it is proven that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) prayed Duha with four rak‘ahs, and with more than that, and with eight rak‘ahs, as on the day of the conquest of Makkah.
Muslim (719) narrated that Mu‘adhah (may Allah have mercy on her) asked ‘Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her): How many (rak’ahs) did the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) pray in Duha? She said: Four rak‘ahs, and however many more he wanted.
ޟުޙާ ނަމާދަކީ ނަމާދުކުރަން ގިނަ ވަގުތުތަކެއް ލިބޭ، ވަގުތު ދެމިގެންވާ ނަމާދެކެވެ. އެހެނީ އިރު ލޮންސިއެއްގެ މިނަށް އެރީންސުރެ މެންދުރު ނަމާދުގެ ވަގުތު ޖެހުމާއި 10-15 މިނިޓް އިރަށް ގާތްވަންދެން ޟުޙާ ނަމާދުގެ ވަގުތު ދެމިގެންވެއެވެ.
ޟުޙާ ނަމާދުކުރުމުގެ ފައިދާ:
ޙަދީޘްފުޅުގައިވަނީ ޞުޙާ ނަމާދަކީ ހަށިގަނޑުގައިވާ ހުރިހާ ގުނަވަންތަކަށް އޮތް ޞަދަޤާތެއް ކަމަށެވެ. އަދި ޟުޙާ ނަމާދުގެ 2 ރަކްޢަތް ޤަވާއިދުން ކުރާ މީހާގެ ފާފަތައް ކިތަންމެ ގިނަ ނަމަވެސް ފުއްސަވައި ދެއްވަވާނެ ކަމަށެވެ.
“In the morning every single joint of yours must pay a sadaqah (charity). Every SubhanAllah is a sadaqah, every Alhamdulillah is a sadaqah, every La Ilaha Illa Allah is a sadaqah, every Allahu Akbar is a sadaqah, every commanding good is a sadaqah, and every forbidding evil is a sadaqah, and all this is accomplished through two rak’ats one can pray in Duha.” [Muslim]
Whoever regularly prays the two rak’ats of Duha, his sins are forgiven even if they are as numerous as the foam of the sea.” [Tirmidhi, Ahmad, Ibn Majah]
ވީއިރު ޟުޙާ ނަމާދަށް ކަންނެތްވެ ފަރުވާކުޑަކުރަން ހެޔޮވެދާނެ ހެއްޔެވެ؟
ޟުޙާ ނަމާދުގެ ދުޢާ:
اَللّهُمَّ اِنَّ الضُّحَاءَ ضُحَاءُكَ وَالْبَهَاءَ بَهَائُكَ وَالْجَمَالَ جَمَالُكَ وَالْقُوَّةَ قُوَّتُكَ وَالْقُدْرَةَ قُدْرَتُكَ وَالْعِصْمَةَ عِصْمَتُكَ
اَللّهُمَّ اِنْ كَانَ رِزْقِى فِى السَّمَاءِ فَاَنْزِلْهُ وَاِنْ كَانَ فِى الْلأَرْضِ فَأَخْرِجْهُ وَاِنْ كَانَ بَعِيْدًا فَقَرِّبْهُ وَاِنْ كَانَ مُعَسِّرًا فَيَسِّرْهُ وَاِنْ كَانَ حَرَامًا فَطَهِّرْهُ بِحَقِّ ضُحَائِكَ وَبَهَائِكَ وَجَمَالِكَ وَقُوَّتِكَ وَقُدْرَتِكَ. اللهُمَّ اَتِنِى مَا اَتَيْتَ عِبَادَكَ الصَّالِحِيْنَ
O Allah! The brightness of the morning (Dhuha) is Your Brightness, and the radiance is Your Radiance, and the beauty is Your Beauty, and the might is Your Might, and the power is Your Power, and the protection is Your Protection.
O Allah. If my sustenance is in the Heaven, then send it down to me, and if it is in the earth, then extract it for me, and if it is far away, then bring it closer to me, and if it is filled with challenges, then ease it for me, and if it (the means) is forbidden, then purify it for me. By Your Brightness, Radiance, Beauty, Might and Power, O Allah, grant me of what You granted Your righteous servants.
ތިރީގައިވާ ލިންކަށް ކްލިކްކޮށްލައްވާށެވެ! ދަސްކުރައްވަން ފަސޭހަ އަކުރަކުން ދުޢާ ފެނިވަޑައިގަންނަވާނެއެވެ.
