Indian Ministry of External Affairs has decided to appoint a new ambassador to Maldives.
The new Ambassador designate to the Maldives from India is Sanjey Sudhir. Sanjay is the current international spokesperson at Petroleum Ministry of India.
In addition to Maldives, the External Affairs Ministry of India has decided to change their representatives in 5 countries.
Indian government has not yet announced when they will recall current ambassador to the Maldives, H.E Akhilesh Mishra.
