The poorest person is the person who fails to build a mosque despite building several houses: Sheikh Shafyath Mohammed

Many millionaires and billionaires build large houses and mansions while they are in this world. However such people never build mosques. These people are the poorest people.

That is because, no matter how many houses they build, it will not benefit them on the day of the judgement. However the person who builds a mosque will benefit from it even while he is in the grave. In addition, Allah will build a palace for that person in paradise.

Hence, shouldn’t people spend millions to build mosques in this world. No matter how rich I get I will build a small house and then spend my money to build mosques and schools so that my permanent life in the hereafter will be perfect.

Those who cannot spend to build a school should not stay idle. They should remind people who can to invest in such things. Allah will bless everyone for their work in this regard.

In addition to schools, those who build housing for the poor will also benefit from it in the hereafter. Also, finding a way to provide water to the people will also benefit you in the hereafter.

One should not start spending for the sake of Allah when they face with a calamity or when death is imminent. They should do it when they are in good health and then only it will be beneficial.
