Authorities have traced 66 contacts of the Bangladeshi man who passed away earlier today. He was positive for covid-19.
According to the government, the man worked at a Kalhuthuhkalaa Koshi a base of national defence force.
The man is the second covid-19 positive patient to die in the Maldives. The first person who died was an 88 year old Maldivian woman.
