ބައެއް ޢިލްމްވެރިން ބަޔާންކުރައްވާ ގޮތުގައި އަމިއްލަ ދަރިންނާއި މަޙްރަމުންގެ ކުރިމަތީގައިވެސް ގައަށް ބާރު، ކުރު އަދި ހަށިގަނޑުފެންނަފަދަ ތުނި ފޭރާންލައިގެން އުޅުން އަންހެނުންނަށް ހުއްދައެއް ނޫނެވެ. އެއީ އެކަމުގެ ސަބަބުން އެމީހުންގެ ހިތް ގޯސްވެ ނިޔަތް ކިލަނބުވެދާނެކަމަށްޓަކައެވެ.  

އަނެއްބައި ޢިލްމުވެރިން ވިދާޅުވަނީ މާޙައުލުން ނުބައެއް ކުރިމަތިނުވާނެކަން ޔަޤީންނުވާނަމަ ގޭތެރޭގައިވެސް ތިބެންވާނީ ނިވާވެގެންކަމަށެވެ.  

ޢިބާރާތް ތަފާތު ނަމަވެސް މިބުނެވެނީ ހަމަ އެއްވާހަކައެކެވެ. އެވިދާޅުވަނީ ރައްކައުތެރިވެގެން ތިބުމަށެވެ. ގޭތެރެކަމަށް ބަލައި ފިތުނައަކަށްވެދާނެ ގޮތަށް ފޭރާން ނުލުމަށެވެ. ގެވެށި އަނިޔާކުރުމާއި ޖިންސީ ގޯނާކުރުމުގެ މައްސަލަތައް މިހައި ގިނަވަމުން އަންނައިރު އެންމެ މުހިންމީ ސަލާމަތާއި ރައްކައުތެރިކަން ލިބިގެން ތިބުމެވެ. އެކަމަށްޓަކައި ތިމާއަށް ކުރެވެންހުރި ކަންކަން ކޮށްގެން އުޅުމެވެ.  

Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan (may Allah preserve him) said:

It is not permissible for a woman to wear short clothes in front of her children and mahrams, or to allow anything to appear in front of them except that which is customary to uncover, in which there is no risk of temptation. Rather she may only wear short clothes in the presence of her husband only.

Al-Muntaqa min Fataawa Fadeelat ash-Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan (3/170).

  Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan also said:

Undoubtedly, for a woman to wear tight clothes that show the charms of her body is not permissible, except in the presence of her husband only. In the presence of anyone other than her husband, it is not permissible, even if that is in the presence of women, because it sets a bad example to others, and if they see her wearing such things, they may follow her example.

Moreover, the woman is instructed to cover her ‘awrah with loose and concealing clothes in front of everyone, except her husband. She should cover her ‘awrah in front of women, just as she covers it in front of men, except that which is customarily uncovered in the presence of women, such as the face, hands and feet, which are things that are uncovered by necessity.
